Medical Marijuana Information
On December 7, 2010 City Council approved changes to amend the text of the Zoning Ordinance to define medical marijuana uses and determine appropriate locations and conditions for said uses.
Changes were made to the ordinance in three categories:
caregiving as a home occupation, dispensary facilities and
grow facilities.

*Applications for medical marijuana licenses for dispensaries and growing/manufacturing facilities will be accepted beginning Friday, April 1, 2011 at 8:00am.
DISPENSARY AND GROW FACILITY ZONE MAP
The zoning ordinance requires that dispensaries and grow facilities be separated by 500 feet. Additionally, dispensaries and grow facilities must be 1000 feet from schools.
Licensed dispensaries or grow facilities are currently located in the following zones:
Zone 4- 1 Dispensary License
Zone 5 - 1 Dispensary License
Zone 7- 2 Dispensary Licenses
Zone 11- 1 Grow Facility License
